Head Coach | Co-owner
Founder of the UP Weightlifting Club and a former strength and conditioning coach for the UP Women’s Volleyball Team. He also assists Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz in Olympic weightlifting instruction.
Strength And Conditioning Coach
A UP Diliman Sports Science student and former UAAP baseball athlete, Coach Miggy brings competitive experience, youth national-team pedigree, and assistant coaching work into every session.
Strength And Conditioning Coach
Magna cum laude in Sports Science from UP Diliman, with experience in youth strength work and performance internships. His coaching style is rooted in sound fundamentals and steady athletic progression.

Assistant Professor at the UP Diliman College of Human Kinetics, coach, and co-owner of Uplift. He brings long-term, hands-on coaching experience focused on movement quality, strength, and measurable results.

Includes gym access during gym hours, an initial assessment, Level 1 foundational 30-minute classes, and monthly follow-ups for active members.
Regular coaching fees are on top of membership fees.
Membership fees are waived for all off-peak coaching.
Includes the same client support tools, nutrition log, and plate method guide.
